This workshop is open to all in Wales interested in applying community-based social marketing to climate change – including businesses, public sector workers, academics and the Third Sector.  Fostering Sustainable Behaviour represents a fantastic opportunity for those working on place-based change to develop practical understanding and deliver increased results through social marketing.

The one-day introductory workshop teaches the five steps of community-based social marketing and includes discussion of numerous case studies from across the globe, illustrating its use.

Dr. McKenzie-Mohr is a world authority on environmental psychology, and has been incorporated scientific knowledge of behaviour change into the design and delivery of community programs for over 20 years. Founder of the discipline of community-based social marketing – Dr. McKenzie-Mohr’s environmental behavioural change programs are used throughout the world, providing training internationally for over 40,000 environmental program planners. Costs: 
To ensure access to the events we will be offering a limited number of fully subsidised places for community, voluntary and Third Sector groups.  The cost of the workshop for non-community group participants is £150 per person.
